OUR WARRANTY

1. We stand by the quality of our products and offer lifetime guarantee on all our Chilloes straps purchased from our online store, or from any one of our authorised retailers throughout South Africa. 
2. We are also happy to replace your broken straps from OTHER FLIP FLOP BRANDS for only R80!
3. All Chilloes bases have a 2 year warranty. Excludes print that could fade in time depending on the lifestyle of the wearer.
4. Please note that fair wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. (Fair wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs to products as a result of normal wear and/or aging.) Fair use excludes mishandling or conducting strenuous activities whilst wearing Chilloes (e.g. playing a sport, hiking, running, etc). In such instances, Chilloes reserves the right to refuse a replacement.
